The MicroMist Marvel – 56 – 200 rotary atomizer has been designed for applications requiring smaller volumes of ultra-fine low impact mist. The rotating atomizer head uses centrifugal forces to convert water into mist with a very uniform droplet size. Control of the droplet size is achieved by adjusting the atomizer speed enabling matching of the droplet size to the application. There are only two wear points in the atomizer and these are the drive and non-drive high speed motor bearings. State of the art manufacturing techniques enable a very low weight and ultra-strong construction of the atomizer head which has been optimized to perfectly match the motor performance curves. The atomizer construction is very open and not prone to blockage. The droplet size produced and the performance remains the same even in the event of severe scaling. It can be used with all types of water, including sea water and a wide range of chemicals. Suitable for use in indoor and outdoor applications. Forced ventilation is required to provide cooling for the drive motor. The atomizer requires an inverter drive to provide the correct supply to the motor.
